I mention this, OP, because I think you should take the opinions on Repentance's difficulty with a grain of salt. Repentance are kind of funny, considering that for the longest time people were saying not to buy Afterbirth+ because it made the game arbitrarily difficult, and now people are saying Repentance does that while Afterbirth+ is totally fine.
